Albion College librarians are here to provide specialized instruction for your course. Options for library instruction include a broad overview of research methods, subject-specific research strategies, detailed information tailored to a specific assignment, or an embedded librarian for your course. Please Note: Albion College librarians are available for virtual or in-person instruction. We are happy to provide instruction via Google Meet, create tutorial videos specific to your course needs, provide traditional in-person instruction, and more! What type of instruction are you looking for?

Option 1 - 5 minute meet and greet: Librarian will come to your class for a 5 minute session to introduce themselves and hand out promotional materials

Option 2 - Fast Fifteen: 15 minute session where the librarian will introduce themselves, hand out promotional materials, preview the Library website, provide instruction on using Library Search

Option 3 - Standard Session: 45-60 minute session where the librarian will introduce themselves, hand out promotional materials, preview the Library website, provide instruction on using Library Search, research guides, and electronic resources while focusing on a specific assignment if requested

Option 4 - Archives Specific Session: Meet with the Archivist to discuss the importance of archival research and college history while viewing materials from the collection
